50ml Black Tears Cuban Spiced Rum
1 barspoon muscovado sugar
4 dashes Angostura Bitters
Add lime peel, sugar and bitters to mixing glass. Muddle until you have a nice paste. Add ice. Add Black Tears Cuban Spiced Rum. Stir (I was taught x27 clockwise and anti-clockwise and repeat x3 for the perfect old fashioned). Double strain. Garnish with ice cylinder & lime twist.
